A security deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking which is refundable at the end of the holiday; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the holiday starts. Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a full refund of the £100 deposit and up to 2 weeks before the holiday 50% of the deposit is refunded, after which it is non refundable. If we manage to secure an alternative booking, we shall aim to offer a further refund.

A Booking fee of £52 is added to each booking.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible.

Check-in time is 4 pm, check-out time is 10am. This is sometimes flexible, by arrangement.
